Our newest brekkie fixation is this delicious yogurt and chia pudding bowl. It is so yummy and easy to meal prep.
For the chia seed pudding, add 2 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 cup oat milk (use our recipe!) and vanilla extract. Set that aside in the fridge overnight and you will have a thick pudding consistency in the morning!
To assemble the bowl, we added non fat plain greek yogurt, the chia pudding and topped it with berries. A tip is to microwave frozen blueberries to room temperature so the juice gets throughout the bowl. We also added fresh strawberries because they are so delicious this time of year! If you use plain greek yogurt, adding a 1/2 tsp of maple syrup will balance the tart taste and finalize this insane breakfast!
We love trying out new toppings and adding different bases. Adding overnight oats, granola, nuts, and more is SOOO good too:)
