Bundt Cakes sound fancy and complicated right?! Well this is another BLENDER easy and healthy recipe!
THESE BUNDT CAKESđ We wanted to shake up our traditional muffins, and making them into mini Bundt Cakes was perfect. If you don't have a Bundt Pan, you can make these in muffin tins and get great results. This is our go to recipe when it comes to healthy banana muffins, and we are sure you all will love it too!
Recipe:
â˘2 Bananas
â˘1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
â˘2 Eggs
â˘2 cups Oats
â˘1/4 cup Maple Syrup
â˘1/2 tsp Baking Soda
⢠1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
â˘1 tsp Vanilla
â˘1/2 tsp Cinnamon
â˘1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips/Chunks
Directions:
1.Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips.
2.Once blended stir in chocolate chips.
3.Pour into greased mini bundt pan or muffin tins.
4.Cook at 400° for about 15 minutes.
