Healthy Oat Pancakes with Berry Syrup

These pancakes are our new go-to breakfast. They are so yummy you would never know that they are healthy! And the best part, they are so simple and don't take long at all to make! These have great ingredients that will leave you with so much energy and feeling amazing! And this syrup.... It is incredible, you need to try it!


Ingredients:

Pancakes

  • 1 cup of oats(blend)

  • 1/2 cup oat milk

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Berrie Syrup

  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (we use raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, and blueberries)

  • 2 tbsps maple syrup

Directions

  1. Blend the oats until they have a flour consistency

  2. Mix together all of your wet pancake ingredients, then add in the dry ingredients

  3. Cook your pancakes on a greased pan on medium heat until they are golden

  4. In a small saucepan, add your berries and maple syrup. Let them simmer together until the berries are no long frozen and get mushy

  5. Top the pancakes with the syrup and enjoy!
