Healthy Oat Pancakes and Waffles

Blend up this batter, and viola you have HEALTHY and DELICIOUS breakfast 🥞

These pancakes (or waffles if you chose) are so simple, and delicious. This is an easy cleanup; you will only use one bowl, and that bowl is your blender. So there is nothing stopping you from making these! 🥰


Ingredients:

•1/2 cup oat milk

•1 1/2 cup oats

•2 eggs and 1 egg white

•1 ripe banana

•3 tablespoons of maple syrup

•2 teaspoons baking powder

•chocolate chips (optional)


Directions:

1.Blend all of your ingredients except chocolate together

2.Heat a pan or waffle iron

3.For pancakes (add chocolate then) flip after the first side is golden brown, when both sides are golden brown they are done!

OR

3.put batter into waffle iron, don’t forget to spray the waffle iron with cooking spray!
